April 4, 2014 - Nicely sweet and fruity on the palate, herbal and green and rooty earth. I am having a root day.

February 28, 2014 - Est 1984, 10,000cs total. 21ha property. Demi-sec, 12-15 g/l RS. A soft and mineral laden nose. A little iceberg-y. Tree fruit and hints at menthol aromas. Nice and easy balance for Demi-sec, not too cloying. Aged on its lees for 11 months, older barrel. Way out on the finish...asparagus?

January 17, 2014 - Medium plus nose with loads of citrus notes of pineapple, ripe peach as well as lemon and green apple. Honey and dairy notes of yogurt and floral notes of honeysuckle. Off dry to medium sweet on the palate but plenty of acidity to keep it crisp, clean, and refreshing. Great balance and nice complexity. Slightly sweet on the initial attack with loads of dry, tart citrus on the mid-palate followed by a lingering, off-dry finish. Like a not too sweet lemon curd. Love it!

August 26, 2013 - After reading other notes, I feel this wine may be weighting up a bit not that it has been resting for a while. Don't let the light color fool you on this wine! The light straw colored nectar yields plenty of flavor components. I am getting quit a bit of sweetness through the acid along with a nice wet stone mineral nose. The flavor yields white fruit sweetness and honey with some acid. These bottles should be monitored as they age. EG WineArchitect #Vouvray #Loire #Chenin Blanc
