Community Tasting Notes 1

November 9, 2014 - Soft as snow, smooth as silk. Primary notes very much intact (lindenflower, english winegums, pear, peach) with mineral nuances + faint touches of butter and honey. Low to moderate acidity, yet positively refreshing (due to moderate alcohol + water-like transparency of primary characteristics). Long finish. Very, very elegant!
