April 23, 2020 - Disgorged June 2019. Pale salmon color with fine and persistent perlage. White peach, lemon, strawberry, chalk, cookie dough. Dry with high acidity and silky mouth feel. Red cherry, lemon, brioche flavors lingers on a creamy finish

October 20, 2014 - Nose: The nose is well balanced and fresh with red berries, minerals, baking spices, red fruits, and citrus tones. There is good depth to the nose with a red fruited base.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium/high acidity. The feel is smooth and balanced with red berries, minerals, baking spices, and citrus tones.

Overall: This is a good, balanced, and refreshing NV rose. There is a nice freshness to it with a good red fruit core.
