September 18, 2020 - Herbs, caramel, medicinal, this bottle was absolutely ripe and fully mature, so creamy, so open, just delicious!

August 28, 2020 - Fully mature, this is elegant, decadence at its best. Silky, sexy, lush and svelt, you find perfectly ripe plums, dark cherries, truffle, flowers, tobacco, and wet earth. The fruit feels like crushed velvet as it flows from the glass to where it was created to go. Popped and poured, this is gorgeous today. As a tip, this is the best deal in the market today for a mature Cheval Blanc of such high quality.

June 26, 2020 - Farnsburg best bottle: Medicinal, leather, some nearly primary fruit left, a herbal sweetness, very nice wine.

June 21, 2020 - NY Strip on fathers day paired very well. Mature but not at all long in the tooth, likley to have many years ahead. All fruits are well integrated and tannins rounded.
