C'est bien vineux et délicieux.
Super long avec une belle vivacité.

January 1, 2019 - No formal note, I don't drink enough champagne to make an intelligent statement on this bottle other than I enjoyed it.
January 21, 2018 - This champagne was a delightful surprise. Lemon, energetic, balanced, yet deep and toasty. This bottle had some oxidation that I didn't get from the 1st bottle.
September 30, 2017 - Guys Night Part III (Jason's House): This champagne was a delightful surprise. Lemon, energetic, balanced, yet deep and toasty.
September 12, 2016 - Lovely bright yellow color with a bouquet and flavor dominated by citrus, with just a bit of dilute balsamic vinegar in the finish. More fruity than most old Champagnes. Moderate bubbles that dissipated quite quickly. Very good balance and nuance with a fairly long finish. A great choice for my wife's birthday and a good match for the lobster salad. Drink it up if you have any. Second bottle very similar.
September 25, 2015 - Blanc de blanc and fried chicken - what's not to like about that?
August 2, 2015 - Nice bubbles with pale yellow color. Very fruity bouquet and flavor, with some red berry notes, despite being a pure Chardonnay wine.
Very pleasant acidity. Nuance a bit limited and with only moderate length. Still a very likeable wine, which you should drink up now.
February 17, 2014 - Consumed a few days ago, so no formal note. Just remember it being a very nice, balanced NV BdB at a friendly price.

May 15, 2013 - Beautifully balanced, toasty, with citrus and subdued tropical fruit elements. Delightfully crisp and showing great finesse. (This bottle was from a case purchased about 12 years ago.)
