May 7, 2023 - Difficulty getting the cork out but once that was sorted this was still lovely.

June 29, 2020 - Excited to try this wine again. Beautiful ruby color. Inhaling, I am a kid in a candy store. A nuttiness. Leathery soft tanins fill the whole mouth. Plenty of body after 16 years (but not flabby like its middle-aged taster). Peppery on the tongue. Long round finish.

Still dark purple. Intense nose of blueberry and blackberry with some leafiness. Palate is very youthful and intense. Layers of jam with some Asian spices Really rich and meaty texture. Long smooth finish. This must have been a beast when it was young. Really excellent

February 9, 2019 - Very dark color and when you open it the nose makes you feel like you are drinking amarone.needs decant at least 30 minutes.nose full of riped dark fruits, vanilla, plums and hints of chocolate.it has still a lot of tannins but balanced with the acidity and a very long after taste.Around 2-3 years left untill decline.drink and enjoy it now.

(Michel Rolland Malbec Val de Flores) Very dark red violet color; nice berry, black fruit nose laced with French oak; smooth, tart berry, black fruit palate, well made, but lacking much character; medium finish
