  March 20, 2016 - Cellar temp. On opening it's a blast of blackberry, plum, earth, and spices. Very savoury nose. Palate is ripe blackberry, soy, meat, rocks, and some herbs (rosemary? mint?). Finish is long. Acidity is mouthwateringly delicious. Seems like what an aged PS should be.
  
  With more air, it develops even more complexity and interest. More oxidized flavours appear, but also leather, leaves, and more spices.

  December 26, 2009 - Classic Vince petite sirah, maybe not his best vintage but a very nice drinker. Dark Color, nice nose good fruit and nice finish.

  July 23, 2009 - We tasted this blind and I would have sworn it was Brunello. Shows what I know. Dark fruits, graphite/lead on on the nose. Maybe some coffee. Still has quite a bit of structure left. Very solid.
