April 23, 2022 - Decanted for one hour. Aromas of blackberry, currant, mocha, anise and spice. Black and red fruit, mocha, licorice and spice on the palate. Long, rich finish. Full bodied. Served with hickory smoked, reverse seared ribeyes with a green peppercorn cream sauce.

December 11, 2021 - Bonus pour from our Revana Tasting. Cab Franc (5%) and Petit Verdot (2%) really show up in the finish. Cellar worthy for several more years.
