November 27, 2012 - La Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Vancouver) (Pied-á-Terre): Nose here had hints of green/stem notes that were a little off-putting but underneath there was nice red fruit and floral tones. On the palate this was a little lean with but enjoyable flavours of tart cranberries and cherries. Good structure but could use more intensity on the palate. My least favorite wine of this flight. Good.

November 27, 2012 - Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Pied-â-Terre Bistro - Vancouver, BC): Gorgeous nose, that while quite restrained and elegant, displays aromas of musty red cherries, red plums, mushroom, and some floral lavender. This was a bit dilute on the palate, showing a generous amount of red cherries, along with spicy black pepper, some floral notes, and tart pomegranate. A moderate showing of acidity coupled with a light showing of unobtrusive tannin. Medium- length finish ending on notes of red cherries and pomegranate. Great nose on this, but the dilute palate left plenty to be desired for me. This was clearly overshadowed by the other '02's served for this flight. Good+

May 20, 2007 - Promising nose of earth and barnyard. Initially very sour on the palate, although this developed into typical cherries and earth an hour or so after opening. Showed promising depth - could do with another couple of years in the bottle.
