March 17, 2021 - Dark berries, bell pepper and vanilla in the bouquet. On the palate juicy and good acidity, herbs and spices, some bitterness and slightly sticky tannin. Ok wine.

May 14, 2018 - Weekly tasting group RWP #286: Six pairs fully blind for my guests (@ My place): In the bouquet dark berries, some bell pepper and sweet spices. On the palate licorice, dark and red berries, some tobacco, leather and chocolate. Beautiful acidity and ripe tannin. Beautiful wine in its young maturity stage. Will be a pleasure until 2022 at least. 89+

September 26, 2016 - Drinkable, but relatively non-descript. It never really went in any direction, and I really could not even tell the varietals (I know practice more).

November 18, 2015 - Deep, dark reddish-purple garnet in color; almost opaque. Forward, fragrant & attractive nose of youthful, dark fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & currants with earthy/dusty & floral overtones of violets, spices, dried herbs, minty, roasted coffee beans, smoky, dark cocoa, mineral & cedar undertones. Medium-full bodied, with very good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, youthful, lush, ripe dark fruit flavors of sour cherries, blackberries & plums with earthy, dark cocoa, spices, herbs and minerals. Lingering finish with some unresolved tannins. Drinks quite well at present with decanting and extended airing although it will continue to develop for several more additional years. A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot & 15% Petit Verdot.
