September 11, 2021 - Light dill and earth. Fluid, insipid, and forgettable. The gap between Guiberteau's whites and reds is enormous.
April 5, 2020 - Even ruby. Vaguely but not assertively herbaceous. Crisp, medium weight, cassis, and a lot of soil. A light lashing of tannin, but I found it ready to drink. Very good.
September 24, 2017 - Very young. Taunt and plenty of acid. Needs a lot of air. Years away.

Bouche bien faite, élégante et fraiche, un peu écrasé par le coté plus massif du précédent. Belle maturité et équilibre, tanins fins, juteux. C'est délicieux, quoique un peu simple. 90 pts
October 29, 2016 - Une légère déception. Le vin est très bien fait, les tanins sont fins, il y a une belle matière, un nez de cabernet franc bien mûr. Mais le profil aromatique est curieux, sur le végétal, il ne me convient pas. Peut-être fallait-il attendre cinq ans de plus ? Je n'en suis pas sûr non plus...
July 5, 2015 - The lighter side of medium-bodied, with good acidity and clean lines but lacks any real signature of charm. Audozed for 1 hr, and consumed over the following hour, this was rather linear throughout. I do love the varietal/place expression, with its raspy leather, dried tobacco and earthy soil notes; but any attempts at fruit/berry expression were upstaged by the primary notes of place/variety. In the end, I was disappointed, but not that badly, and hey, it's my first such disappointment with anything from this house, so no real worries. I'll drink my remaining two within the coming 2-3 years as I see no point in cellaring beyond that. 13,0% abv.

December 17, 2014 - Nose was pretty closed down showing just a bit of pomegranate and roses. Even after 3-4 hours of decanting this was, essentially, a one-note wine with the pomegranate tone sticking around. The mouthfeel was the best part of this wine...tannins were soft and the body was very lightweight and airy.
June 17, 2014 - Impressively concentrated with black cherry fruit, black olive and balsam. Youthfully tannic and structured.
