  February 18, 2020 - Wonderful fruit on the nose as I decanted. Minimal sediment. Dark color to edges. Great Cabernet fruit on the palate with great balance. This bottle is in a wonderful place. Very enjoyable.

  December 1, 2019 - Wet mushroom nose right off the bat, and I was worried. Taste was a little flat, with primary red fruit and not much else, but at least it wasn't corked. By night 2, all the spice and other tertiary flavors - sage, cigar box, etc - were coming through as the fruit receded a bit into the background. On night 3, the fruit continued to diminish, but it was still a pleasure to drink.
