  August 19, 2021 - This is a rather lovely and good value wine, very lucky to have obtained a bottle that was kept well for 10 years. It still drinks very youthful. Very powerful yet aromatic lemon, lemon pith, and lemon peel, bright acidity for its age, and plenty of stoney aromas with some nuttiness to it. I wonder if this is because of the old vines? Texture wise there is light cream and honey (but without the sweetness). Impressive how this is still so bold after 10 years. It is not very complex, but I think this has the ability to cellar/age for another 5 years, maybe even another 10 where maybe it takes that long for more secondary and tertiary characteristics to come out (I feel the secondary is just barely developing). Not a bad pairing with raw oysters but probably not very good with sushi at this stage.

  August 1, 2021 - Crispy, flinty well balanced and vibrant palate with elegant, grapefruit bouquet and oaky/ fruity finish.

  July 21, 2019 - Elegant, stylish, mature example of it's genre. Clean fruit and fresh acidity makes for easy drinking. Short finish detracts from final score.

  February 15, 2019 - For an 8 year old white wine, this wine is remarkably alive. typical chablis with great minerality and citrus.
