July 6, 2016 - Quite delicious and I can see why it's gotten some high-ish scores, but perhaps a tad one-dimensional and its sweetness can get a bit tiring. Showed aromas and round, ripe flavors of red and black fruits, herbs, tobacco, and black pepper.
March 16, 2016 - Excellent, puissant, bel équilibre. Bois, fruits noirs, menthol. Accessible par ses arômes mais fort en alcool.
March 3, 2016 - Inky purple color, nose of blood and iron with floral overtones and fresh red fruit. Raspberry and jammy on the initial palate. Finishes with a dark chocolate bitterness that lingers for a while. A bit sweeter than a typical Rhone, but good in a new world way.

October 4, 2014 - Nose: Very expressive and delicious. Violets, potpourri, blackberries, blueberries. Mouth: Consistent with the nose. Nothing is heavy or over the top. The 14.5 % alc. cannot be felt. No bitterness from overextraction. Very elegant and "light". Silkysmooth mouthfeel. Very remarkable wine. 88% Syrah, 12% Mourvèdre. Ready to drink now or in the next 5 years
September 11, 2014 - I was very pleased with this wine. I agree with other comments; it is dark in color, tasty and versatile. It is drinking well right now.
August 29, 2014 - Decanted 30 minutes. Beautiful dark fruit and silky texture. Rich, but plenty of acidity. Blackberry and chocolate overtones carry through on the finish. Versatile wine that can be served with or without food. I think gets better in 6+ months.
May 10, 2014 - Odeurs de poivron, de pruneau, de cassonade et de poivre; saveurs appariées, mais trop alcoolisé: 14,5 %. Très bon avec une pizza garnie.
