November 25, 2015 - Excellent. Straw color. Aroma of white flower and coriander. An equal amount of warm spice and kiwi and meyer lemon on the palate.

March 31, 2014 - Wine doesn't seem to be as focused as past years. Wishing for more gewurzt spice and less sweetness. That being said it was a perfect match for pork rib stir fry.

November 23, 2012 - This is our standard for a Thanksgiving Gewurz to go with our turkey and all the fixings. Has been for a couple of decades. This one was good, with a solid amber color, floral nose and spicy/floral, dry taste with better than medium finish. I would only say that this vintage did not seem to have as much ""oomph" to it as the 2009 and prior years, it seemed to be a tad lighter, thus a 89 rating versus the 90 we gave the 2009 vintage. If you love Gewurz with your holiday meals, this is still a great choice, anywhere from $18-22 from what I have seen--worth it.

June 29, 2012 - Crisp, with a shading of savory allspice; fairly dry in the finish.

June 25, 2012 - Bought this bottle 6 months back and smuggled it home in the luggage.

    Appearance: Straw coloured

Nose: Delicate, floral and fruity smell

Taste: Tasted of lychees, good minerality and smart finish. Well put together.

A pity we didn't buy a few more..
