January 29, 2017 - Deep ruby, melted tannin. Nose of cherries with leather, truffles (?). Later on licorice or menthol. Very smooth overall.

August 14, 2016 - dark brick colour with purpleish hue.
Nose on spices, fresh blackcurrant, blueberry, plum, then liquorice, chocolate.
Fresh attack, layered, with fine tannins starting to integrate, good length. -

June 11, 2016 - In drinking window. Perfect after 30 minute decant with some home made burgers. Earthy, slightly leathery in mouth. Nicely balanced, not overpowering
