October 31, 2019 - Opened on Halloween, my wife's birthday so it had to be good or I would be turned into a frog.
Gave this some air in the bottle for several hours, lovely perfume of stone fruits and a littleginger ! that slightly oily feel in the mouth you get with these quality PGs, peaches and honey to the fore, not a long finish but a lovely wine, sipped on its own till gone.
This was purchased at the winery.

October 31, 2014 - After using the coravin the cork was popped a few weeks later. More acidic but still tasty. Improved with air.

October 1, 2014 - Full bodied. Peaches and cream. Honeyed. Outstanding.

March 15, 2014 - Delicious and juicy with peachy stone fruit and orange/lime citrusy flavors. Full and broad in the mouth, but also zesty. Finish was a bit short.

December 26, 2013 - Well balanced with some residual sugar. Definite mushroom on the nose. Juicy on the back palate. An excellent foie gras wine.
