December 31, 2021 - Popped last nite w/Mad & Phil in Copake. I've had this wine in various vintages many times over the years. Wine color shows a lot of age in the glass. Nose too is more caramel and dried fruit than I recall. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and on the fat side of the spectrum Some minerality here, could use a touch more acidity. Still pleasant enough but time to drink up.

March 29, 2021 - Jammy was spot on in the previous review. This wine shows advanced age even beyond what I'd expect in a Cali Chard that was not meant to age, though it has not completely fallen apart. But is it pleasurable to drinb? No, it is not.

November 22, 2020 - This 2011 Antinori Cervaro Della Sala tasted considerably older than its age, even though it is still pleasant to drink, it is premox in my opinion. Tasted blind – Nutty and blunt array of maturing tropical fruits and dried apricots. Full bodied with just adequate acidity. Slightly high in alcohol, a warm year? 1995? (82/100)

October 16, 2020 - Served blind most people expected a white Burgundy but it wasn't and served side by side a Boillot Corton 2000 it was difficult to clearly distinguish the two to be fair. Colour wise the Cervaro looked quite advanced. It had good depth and richness and unctuous texture, felt a bit high in alcohol but the fruit was missing. A wine more to be had with food then on its own for me. Good effort but I liked this less than a few years back from memory.
