January 15, 2020 - Lunch at Meii Sushi with Davyd and T+C. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Tasted blind.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, gold colour. Legs. Bubbles.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of golden apples, toast, brioche, autolytic yeast. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, low alcohol (12%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toast, brioche, golden apples, yellow pears. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Fairly simple. Nothing distinctive.

April 13, 2019 - Very savory nose with bread crust, cream, and some red fruit. Super savory palate; lots of cream character. Medium body, medium finish. Very much a BdN, quite good overall.

November 5, 2016 - Off bottle, dark and brooding, clipped, with a harsh weedy aftertaste.
