May 21, 2022 - Lovely wine, though didn't really match the food (fish). Needs something richer to stand up to it... but a lovely wine all the same, so much interest and complexity.

November 24, 2021 - Still a bit young, but a beautiful bottle nonetheless. All stone fruit and pear skin and honey without the sweetness. There’s a bit of phenolic bitterness/saltiness that frames the finish. Excellent with sweetbreads. Lovely bottle.

September 6, 2018 - This needs not to be served too cold & would benefit from a decant. Sweet corn yellow; nutty, glue, sleek; tangy cut, spiky acidity, plenty of depth & concentration; snarky bitter edge undermines the extended finish.

January 16, 2018 - Decanted an hour ahead of time. Mid straw in colour. Definitely still in its first flush - bright and vivid with slightly exotic notes of white flower, pear, peach and pineapple - rich without apparent acidity but not lacking freshness at all (very evidently Marsanne). I will keep my other bottle for 5+ years. ****

November 23, 2017 - In an interesting place, still young and showing mainly the structure and acidity, with a hint of bitterness. But after about 30 minutes in the glass it began to warm and open a bit and show more fruit and some minerality. Needs more time, 2-3 years say.

June 17, 2017 - Tasted and left in the fridge for three days - virtually unchanged. Dry, mineral, balanced with and underlying sweet creamines, honey and exotic fruit just present. #withRune@theterrasse

June 10, 2017 - Was planning to leave this for a few more years in the cellar but I noticed some seepage under the capsule, so took it out and opened it.
This is a spectacular wine, deep, long, mineral with a strong hint of salinity, stone fruit and white blossoms. Matched iberico ham and bread to perfection

February 19, 2017 - Magnificent; creamy, crisp, mineral, elegant, initially a Burgundian feel but soon finds its own feet. Still young, very direct and primary, will be interesting to follow.
