February 28, 2024 - Acker "Paulee" Burgundy Dinner (Capital Seafood - Beverly Hills CA): Paulee style dinner. Mostly mature start, fresher on the palate, this has a wonderful and long finish. No further upside.

November 24, 2023 - What a beautiful beast! Massive viscosity, the kind of wine you can drink with a fork. Palate is similarly intense, if it lacks for anything it’s tension. I adore this wine and would be even more effusive about it if I hadn’t had 2005 a couple of times in recent months - and 05 is even more exceptional.

June 24, 2022 - leaner and more minerality. Shorter finish vs 99 chevelieres. Oily

March 10, 2022 - Zachy's La Paulee 2022 (Le Bernardin Prive): 01573 (original release?). More Coche than the two bottles of CC. Super gunflint, bursting with nuclear level of concentration power. Razor sharp and clean. Bang, so intense, this is Coche! 93-94

January 20, 2022 - Ex-chateau bottling. No coche character. Avoid.
