December 14, 2006 - Fine mousse, pale straw colour. Nose typical of lemon and sherbet but with an unusual touch of white chocolate and almonds - delicious but a tad unusual. Wonderful now but would hold up for several years (maybe 10?). I apologise for the aroma and taste descriptors but they are especially of note. A fine and balanced champagne worth more than it is valued at. If you can find it, worth trying one and perhaps buying a few.
