October 31, 2021 - By the glass. Just few champagnes in this house that had not yet tasted. On the nose the Chardonnay grapes dominate the olfactory panorama with notes of peach and grapefruit. On the other hand, palate shows a tendency closer to the pastry owe with a creamy texture. Short and direct champagne with a certain acidity. Perhaps too long cellaring.

August 23, 2014 - Light and bright color, zesty with a lot of lift on the palate and very fine bubbles. Citrus/green apple notes, very dry, short finish. Not super-complex complex, but very focused and tasty.

Very nice showing junpier wood and a nice dry fresh finish of lemon peel.

July 20, 2014 - acquired in 2010, singing beautifully at the moment, flavors are still fresh but have melded a bit in the bottle, incredible complexity and ease, a bit of softness, killer match with oysters from Tomales Bay

July 11, 2014 - 12.5% and under tasting: 12.5%. Toast, chalk, lemon and straw. Good freshness shows on the palate, I like the acid cut present and it is pretty refreshing to drink. Easy to like.

December 26, 2012 - Very much Champagne in style and low dosage to avoid sweetness. Very pure and clean with saline flavours that I find typical in good champagne. All the fruity elements and a nice finish. Great basic blend! (Also the blend of the guests was great)

January 1, 2012 - Maybe a bit too dry for New Years eve. But still very good.

December 24, 2011 - Note: Drank at Christmas Eve's dinner. A Champagne house which never fails. This wine has everything you expect for a champagne: freshness, elegance, lasting flavours and a perfect pairing with seafood and grilled fish. And with excellent value for money. Definitely a must.
