February 26, 2021 - Disgorged in 2017. I have always enjoyed Hebrart and feel their base cuvees provide excellent value. But this followed an '08 Paillard, which is not a fair fight. There is bracing acidity to go with the pear tart, lemon curd, and caramel apple flavors, but there is a tad too much dosage for my taste.
February 24, 2021 - Baked golden delicious apple and lees.
Medium + acid and a long finish.
A really solid Champagne QPR. The extra lees aging and vine age versus the intro brut makes a huge difference. A superb level of concentration.
February 12, 2021 - Opened up with fresh lemons but then turned to hay as warmed up and bubbles dispersed. Really good wine with fine bubbles. Excellent value at $60.
January 7, 2021 - Rich apple, lemon, orange zest, toast and vanilla aromas. Buttery, toasty apple flavors with a lemon and mineral finish. Well balanced with decent complexity — very tasty. Good value. Drink now.
December 31, 2020 - Apple and pear up front, rich bready core with good balance from some chalkiness, finishes with good lift on acidity. Loving the balance on this one, many elements without any one of them dominating... went with seafood, went with cured meats, went with pasta in a cream sauce... solid team player. Delicious.
December 13, 2020 - 청사과 자몽 많이 달지 않은 시트러스
토스티 약간
호박향은 강하지 않음
December 5, 2020 - Magnum
November 23, 2020 - On the palate, this showed apple fruit with lime zest, some brioche and a nice tart finish. Very nice and complex champagne, with a great QPR.
October 31, 2020 - 375s of this at $20 are the best value in the wine world today. Thanks Envoyer! Happiness in a (small) bottle.
October 26, 2020 - excellent brioche + yellow pulp fruits nose. very citric, apple and peach, unfortunately a little bit too dosed for my tastes. long finish
