    May 26, 2018 - Decanted two hours, quite a bit of sediment.
    The wine looks inky colored. There is heavy sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), red currant, prune, dust, forest floor, lead pencil, violet and eucalyptus. It tastes like blackberry, red currant, black currant (cassis), dust, forest floor, cedar, vanilla, lead pencil and eucalyptus. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
