September 5, 2020 - This note is for my 8/25-26 tasting. Totally agree w/review below by SAS54. Opened very green, bordering on tart. Tannic, but not fruity. But improved on day 2. CCS has never been the Schrader line for me and probably not fair to confirm that with the 2011 vintage but it does.

June 14, 2020 - - Crimsom color and aromas of cherry, raspberry and black currant. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry with a medium/full body. Smooth texture - Popped and poured. Drinking beautifully. Very precise and enjoyable.

January 16, 2020 - Enjoyable but below the quality level of most Schrader CCS wines. I’ve been buying and drinking Schrader for 15 years. My opinion is that this one is ready now, and won’t improve much w/age. I also found it only needs a brief decant.
