May 19, 2017 - Fantastic brioche nose, fully ok and a real enjoment. I feared that the bottle was over the hill but it wasnt. Of you own one, drink up.

October 11, 2013 - Dinner at Philipp’s Place. This has been a favorite of my German sparkling wines for quite some time. Showing minerality, earth und only a minimum of fruit.
