  October 17, 2021 - 2011 Burg, we meet again. Pretty green, as expected (or feared), but also notes of bright red fruit, spice, and savoriness. Great persistence and density, but gave less pleasure than the other DRCs. The green faded a bit as the hours passed, but it's still mainly what I remembered. Tough vintage when lined up with 2002 and 2010. Needs way more time, if that’s even the answer, so no point to check in on it yet.
