Community Tasting Notes 20

October 21, 2012 - - Ruby color with medium forming legs and aromas of raspberry and mushroom. It's balanced and has flavours of raspberry with a medium body. Silky texture with a medium finish - @ River Oyster Bar. Decanted for 45 minutes in afternoon. Much bettervthan 4 years ago.
    Slightly acidic.

April 6, 2012 - Still drinking well. Glad I have a few more.

December 7, 2011 - Still life left in these babies. I would adjust drinking window to 2013 end date.

    July 18, 2010 - 31st Birthday at Bocado. Not very pinot-like - almost like a syrah.
