January 16, 2018 - Last bottle and the wine still had great acidity and balance at 10 years of age. Honeyed butter balanced by ginger and spice. All was in great balance. Very impressive. Brought to a friends for dinner. No one noticed it except for me. But I really liked it.

    June 20, 2016 - Half-bottle forgotten on the shelf of a shop.
    Pours golden straw, almost orangey.
Too bad: tired, oxidised. Some lemon curd and beeswax but lacking structure.
    On its way to vinegar.

February 6, 2016 - Served with first course crab cakes & greens with olive oil/lemon. Almost 2.5 years since last bottle. Short & Confused right on the mark in continued development of this wine. Riccardo described the wine very well. Richer and fuller, a tad more honey coming with length, but still clearly speaking with the core mineral/flint/acid/citrus tone. Be interesting to compare to the 2010 waiting in the wings. Really good.

April 17, 2015 - Two years since my last bottle and time has been kind. More golden yellow than in 2013. More citrus and flinty stone on the nose. Intense on the palate but much more mellow and expressive than 2013. Good acidity that is no longer shrill with honeyed butter balanced ginger and spice. Lovely wine. Only one more. Ah well.

August 22, 2014 - Chablis in the old-fashioned mold, relaxed and creamy with marks of cheese and soil. Full and rich on material, this is a wine that requires food. Enjoyed over numerous days with no change.
