December 20, 2021 - Fresh, vibrant and bubbly. Energetic palate but just missing the nuttiness to love it more. Nice one.

June 24, 2018 - Second Sunday Group: Aged Alsatian Riesling Vendange Tardive (Neil's): Courtesy of Neil. Fresh and vibrant. Nuts, apple and toasted, crème brûlée aromas. Orchard fruit and cashew flavors with hints of ginger and citrus in the finish. Excellent.

August 10, 2010 - Golden yellow, still very bubbly but not fine mousse, yeasty, apple, lemon, fully matured but will remain there due to nice acidity.

February 1, 2008 - Culinary Team Canada Dinner (Ray's House): Very nice champagne showing good fruit and smooth finish.

November 10, 2007 - Tasty but tired. No pop, though still had bubbles, but mainly lacking in verve.
