November 15, 2023 - Drunk over two days.
At the beginning a bit too medicinal for my taste but this improved markedly with air. Tar, roses, caramel. Nice complexity and definitely not over the hill. -

March 11, 2022 - Nebbiolo, 14% abv. Intensive aroma of dried rose, cherry, licorice, anise, tarr. Stinging acidity at right after opening up, then improved thru hours. Finally it turned to sweet and smooth, balanced, beautiful palate. Rustic and beautiful Nebbiolo. Highly recommend.
