June 30, 2017 - Very interesting. Lots of honeysuckle, lotus, jasmine, white flower thing going on. Then morphed into some apple flavor on last glass. 14.5% which was a surprise as thankfully didn't come through. Obviously well made. Finish could have been longer but hey, damn good regardless. Speaking of which, a tiny bit of hay as well. Am not sure how long this will age and would be curious to see what its like in a few years, although I don't see too much more upside with more time in the bottle.

November 6, 2016 - What to drink before we die... (Restaurant Prinzinger, Düsseldorf (Germany)): In nice drinking condition right now. Good acidity balance and lemon notes.

July 24, 2016 - Almost clear, yellow tinged. Nose of pineapple, tarragon, and candied fruit. Very complex and hard for me to describe. Notes of bitter honey and lemon curd at the finish. Slightly musty, with pervasive tastiness. Compelling more than delicious.

June 24, 2016 - A private tasting (67 Pall Mall, London, UK): Tasted blind. From magnum. A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon; 10 months on the lees with bâtonnage (1/3 new oak); RS 6.2 g/l. Wonderfully floral and expressive, beautiful oak integration, complex notes of vanilla, vegetables and tropical fruit; the palate has broad shoulders but it is elegant too, lovely ripe fruit, perfectly seamless, very subtle phenolics; lovely resonance on the finish, very good length.
