March 5, 2024 - Some green notes on the nose. Lean bodied, soft fruit. More tertiary notes here. Ready to drink and no harm drinking it now. Granit 60 tasting chez Lillelund.

March 5, 2024 - Following the vintage, this is one of the weakest of the lot. Juicy, but lean, somewhat short, also; a bistro wine. On Day 2, no change.

June 23, 2023 - This was my last bottle and I regret that I also did not wait until now with the ones I drank earlier. This has come together nicely. It needs some air, but then the nose opens up: violets, cranberries, white pepper. The palette is quite fresh with a nice acidity line running through the fruity core. Spices and pepper racing to the finish. Nice!

June 1, 2023 - At a really lovely stage. Very fruit driven, with round, ripe fruit, quite a pungent nose, balance with acidity and tenants. Easily has 10 years ahead of it.

January 29, 2023 - This is a lovely Cornas. Had it with a nice dish of deer. It has lovely aromas of blueberry, freshly ground pepper, black olives, a touch of smoke and game. At the age of 11 years, the acidity of the wine is very well integrated and the tannins are soft. I suggest drinking this wine within the next +/- 8 years.

January 6, 2023 - Very good, very enjoyable wine with my wagyu steak and Brussels. But it didn’t make me weep tears of blood, if you know what I mean. I like my Cornas on the rougher side.

January 1, 2023 - New Years Eve (Dinner at ours): Served with the cheese. Lovely elegant syrah - again, not recognisably cornas I don't think, not enough of the grip and iron and blood, but a jolly nice wine and served us well.

December 25, 2022 - Mid ruby. PnP at first then decanted - definitely better after a couple of hours in the decanter.

Very aromatic, raspberry, blackberry, bay leaves, more floral with time and eventually some olive coming through.

Medium body (felt lightish before the decant). Well-integrated fine tannins and fresh acidity. Elegant, with a nice mix of sweet and savoury elements on the palate. Medium long finish.

December 24, 2022 - Elegant and refined with a ripe, but still fresh bouquet (red currents, gentle wood, even the smell of minerals), a gentle medium bodied taste with minerals (again), friendly ripe acidity. soft bitters and a bit of remaining tannins, lovely finish; drink now!
