December 22, 2023 - Drinking nicely. Slightly sweeter than I would like which I found overpowered the more savoury brioche and mineral notes. Overall it just didn’t quite seem in balance to me. Maybe down to personal preference however, if you like your champagne on the sweeter side I expect you’d love this. I feel like I might actually have preferred it in a more youthful phase, where the acidity could have counteracted the sugar. The sweetness does open it up to being more of a crowd pleaser however, I would happily serve this at a gathering and expect most people would like it.

April 30, 2023 - Seriously pleasant wine. If you bought it for circa £45 you have a serious bargain in my view. Definitely good for 3+ years of prime depending on how you like your Champagne
