June 28, 2020 - Fruit encore vivant, bonne structure. Il est capable d'attendre encore. Très bien pour un vin à 21$.
August 23, 2018 - Day 1: Rustic wine with earth, leather, prunes, chocolate and underbrush. More classic in style than some of the modern fruit bombs that Ribera has been producing lately. For the $8 I paid for this certainly worth it. 87 points
Day 2: Very similar to day 1. Acidity is lacking a bit. 87 points
Day 3: Probably not a good idea with this one. Muted flavors and not much excitement. 82 points
Recommendation: If you own this wine drink now!
June 4, 2018 - Day 1: Very drinkable and smooth. Red currants, mushrooms, subtle spice and dust. Solid every day wine. 88 points
Day 2: Very similar to day 1. This is a drink me now effort. For the $5.50 I paid for this a super value. 88 points
August 24, 2017 - Excellent and balanced.
October 28, 2016 - Un Ribera del Duero elegante y generoso con frutos rojos y negros maduros y un bello carácter de especias aportado por la madera. Un vino de estilo contemporáneo que logra conciliar una vinificación moderna con un carácter particular.
September 2, 2016 - A bit pricey, but it's nice.
August 24, 2016 - Values in Ribera del Duero (Chris H's home): Purple in color. The nose has a slight funk/barnyard to it. Also some plums. Firm tannins. Slightly tart dark cherry fruit on the palate. Not a lot of depth. Bitterness on the finish. Decent enough wine for around $20.
February 5, 2016 - Full, acidic, sweaty leather.
November 14, 2015 - Nice nose, complex on the palate. Good overall, but still too young.
September 18, 2015 - Medium ruby-garnet. Ripe nose with blackberries, sweet spices and some green scents. Medium-bodied, soft and balanced with medium length.
