Nose- berry > pepper mix
Body- moderate to heavy
Duration- medium to long
Flavor- Fuller bodied wine with a prominent full fruit/berry flavor initially. It also had flavors of chocolate and a spicy herb (? oregano vs cilantro). Holds up very well to very spicy food and full bodied food. After a very long time, the prominent berry flavor fades, leaving behind a vinegar/pepper/berry flavor, now more vinegar predominant. -

January 25, 2014 - Good time to drink this. Green pepper and chocolately nose, dark berry on the palate.
