September 17, 2016 - Un bon cab chilien assez dense et concentré, sur des flaveurs de fruits noirs, d'eucalyptus et au boisé assez marqué. La bouche est en parti fondu, sur des tanins qui se sont assagis mais toujours bien présents. Un bon cab nouveau monde qui nécessite au moins 1 heure d'aération pour que l'alcool baisse d'intensité et que le tout se stabilise. Pour la table.

November 30, 2015 - Très dense. Boisé appuyé, fruits nouères, un fauve.
Un beau cab nouveau-monde non-américain.
Trop jeune ou aujourd'hui pour des bonnes grillades bien viandeuse et poivrées.
Carafe un bon deux heures.
Intense et intéressant. Parker est dans le coin?
