December 8, 2016 - It started out pretty closed, even after around 90 minutes in decanter. At the 3-4 hour mark it was picking up - more lively flavour profile, yet smoother tannin and acid. I don't think it is going to be anything spectacular, but I would wait 2-3 years further to allow it to come together a bit better.
