January 28, 2022 - Bouchon en parfait état. Robe plutôt claire. Le nez est très beau, complexe, avec des signes d’évolution sous forme de notes tertiaires. En bouche, c’est bon mais manque de longueur à mon goût. Cela s’améliore au fil de la soirée mais sans atteindre ce que j’attends d’un grand cru. La bouche manque aussi de complexité. Le vin a été épaulé quelques heures avant sa consommation. Sans doute aurait-il mérité une plus franche aération.

August 15, 2020 - Intense aromas...ready to go right now! Raspberries, strawberries, rose petals, forest floor, mushrooms. Medium + bodied with good influence of oak that is well integrated. Approachable but still has a lot of life left yet.

November 10, 2017 - Heute gefällt mir dieser GC ganz gut. Nicht so lieblich wie ein VR, nicht so streng wie ein GC. Saubere Frucht (Kirschen, Sauerkirschen, Cassis), Schokolade in der Nase und am Gaumen, nicht zu lieblich, Säure und Tanine. Ein ehrlicher Wein, ein ehrlicher Burgunder.
24 Stunden später - er gefällt mir noch besser. Eigentlich ein rechter Power-Wein. Mit genügend Luft und guter Temperatur entwickelt er eine ein eindrückliche Tiefe. Säure und Tanine schon ganz gut abgenäht und integriert. Lecker!1 person found this helpful Comment
