March 12, 2014 - very delicous wine, that drinks like a braren pauli 86 cab
May 12, 2013 - Bright strawberry with a slightly short finish, I was surprised this wine had held up as well as it has.
July 14, 2012 - I opened this bottle expecting very little - but it still had some spunk.
April 8, 2008 - Lovely cabernet fruit flavors. Big, round fruit. Not tannic. A great wine for the $15 price point.
Would be very good with a steak or red meat.
July 29, 2006 - Not bad for the money. Good for an inexpensive cab, not great.
June 4, 2006 - Juicy and plummy, almost shiraz-like. Nice juice, well-received by the non-winos. Great at the price point.
May 13, 2006 - Dark purple color. Big candied fruit, blackberries and cassis, integrated into the charred new wood. Good value.

December 8, 2005 - Consistently good. Color is dark garnet with a hint of lightening at the rim. On the nose, cassis, blackberry, and eucalyptus are noted. The palate reveals blackberry, cassis, pepper, and mint. It is a bit harsh (acidic) on the finish, but overall a very enjoyable wine especially for $16. There is nothing comprable from California that I can find at this price point.
