June 1, 2014 - Brought this to a birthday brunch. Mid gold in color, medium bubbles, nice toast in the mouth - perhaps the toastiest Schramsberg I have had. Went well with a variety of choices - scones, salad, gravy. Would buy more and let it develop a bit longer, but still delicious now.
