April 16, 2014 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, grapefruit, apple, stoniness, hay/straw and acetic acid. It tastes like lemon, lime, apple, hay/straw and cut green grass. The body is light. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.
