November 23, 2019 - Wow. Guava, limes, and a hint of bitter (tangerine peel?) that lingers on the roof of your mouth instead of the palate. Lithe and perfectly weighted (in body.) Acidity has faded, but bitterness I recall from earlier bottles has faded more-and now seems perfect balance. Bravo. (Hope the bottle lasts until dinner!)

February 6, 2016 - Excellent QPR on this Languedoc white at $29 on sale. Grenache Gris from 60 + year old vines intermingled with the Grenache rouge. PNP and was ready to go. Complexity, rich tropical fruit, and ginger / candied apple on the moderate finish. A nice and welcome alternative to the plethora of generic Chards on the market at twice the tariff. Drinking wonderfully at year 5 and may go several more years. Will procure a couple bottles of the 2012 for near term consumption. Nice compliment to seafood, simple pork / chicken dishes, or salad entrees.
