  March 19, 2022 - Gourmetklubbens femtionde middag: Tema Första middagen (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (Disgorged in 2013, 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/L)
  Deep yellow colour with a Lovely maturity on the nose showing honey, chocolate and ripe apples fruitiness in a pleasant way. Smoothing acidity on the palate showing yellow plums and some dried fruit and bitterness on the pleasant finish. Very evolved in style, but should keep on this level for many years to come..

  Great depth and balance to it at this point so I'd say drink sooner rather than later.

  July 28, 2019 - (Disgorged in 2013, 50% Meunière and 50% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/l)
  Lovely maturing nose showing green apples, minerals and some citrus notes. Crispy green apples on the palate with a fresh acidity and a nice bittersweet mandarin zest finish. This has evolved in a very positive way over the last year and is starting to open up very well!

  October 17, 2018 - This is beautiful right now, by far the best it's ever been, sadly my last bottle of it. It's not yet to the point of tasting aged, but the last couple of years have seriously enriched it. The fruit is bright and golden in tone and whereas just a few years ago I called it "bony," now it's so thick and fleshy that it almost seems to brim with sweetness just on account of the sheer density of the material, like it's gone through a reduction. And it does this while retaining its refreshment value.
