November 24, 2013 - A nice golden color with aromatic complexity showing oxidized green apples, honeysuckle, orange peel, floral notes, salinity, crushed volcanic stones, and spices. Great texture on this full bodied white showing green apples and apricots on entry, the midpalate shows honey, citric notes that lead to a long saline yet spicy mineral finish. There is an amazing balance to this wine, everything seems to be where it should, but the most impressive feature is play between sweet white fruit flavors and saline notes. The complexity on this is mind boggling, crisp clean cut flavors that just remain for a long time, seems to be a mix between a Manzanilla and Mosel Riesling.

March 19, 2013 - The Voyage: Meet The Winemakers (Theatre of Wine, Tufnell Park): A little softer on the nose (than the Estate wine) with some floral/pollen notes. Full-bodied with a distinctive ‘rough’ texture. Reminds me a little of Semillon flavour-wise. A little warm though – alcohol is 15%, which may also explain the texture. 16.5/20.

March 6, 2013 - (WineGate) Mild nose of citrus fruits, honey, hints of lees and oak, ripe pineapple, pear and flint.
In the palate pineapple comes again, lemon bitting acidity, mineral, medium concentration, medium to long aftertaste. The acidity keeps going on for quite some time. I could say it feels uneven unsettled and at this point its destined for pure hardcore Santorini fans. It would be great to see this one aged though. -

October 14, 2012 - (Aiolos Tasting) Gold color, mild ciitrus nose, sweet and round, buttery.
Nice body, round, buttery feeling, acidity that wants to bite through that body, medium aftertaste. (this could have rated higher, but I think the bottles were only open for a few minutes)
