February 3, 2023 - A fully mature Châteauneuf, now developing a slightly feral character. The fruit is warm and rich and is perhaps becoming slightly attenuated. Very good still, but not for keeping.
November 18, 2022 - This has rich, slightly sweet, spicy fruit, good weight and length. Fully mature now, and a most enjoyable drink.
October 31, 2022 - A fine, nicely mature Châteauneuf, with elegant berry fruit, slightly sweet but with good depth and persistence.
October 12, 2022 - This has raisiny fruit, well-tempered sweetness and a good finish. It seems a little more attenuated than previous bottles and is perhaps starting to show its age.
September 23, 2022 - As previously, a fine Châteauneuf, with rich, slightly sweet fruit, some spice and good length. Mature but still lively. Will keep but probably not improve.
July 29, 2022 - Now fully mature, still with rich raisiny fruit but developing a distinct gamey character, almost feral. Once again a very good wine.
July 15, 2022 - Once again, a fine, rich, spicy Châteauneuf which is perfect for current drinking.
July 4, 2022 - Another fine bottle of this excellent Châteauneuf, with ripe, spicy fruit and good length. Perhaps not the weight of other bottles of this wine, but still fine.
June 30, 2022 - A dark colour and a wine of some intensity, with mature flavours of cooked fruit and singed meat, and some sweetness. An excellent example.
June 11, 2022 - Once again, a fine, rich, raisiny wine, nicely mature, well rounded and with good length.
