October 13, 2023 - Friday night first pour, elegant bottle of bubbles. Creamy mousse with chamomile and herbal aromas. Rich and creamy palate of almonds, butter and crisp apple.

May 8, 2021 - Good QPR@$75. Compares favorably to many champagnes. Very balanced, smooth. Complex noise and palate. Wonderful lasting bright finish. Judy outstanding.

December 31, 2020 - Crisp, white grape juice and a little peach on the nose. Slightly acidic with a light and delicate sweetness that pairs quite well, dry with a very minute earthy note on the finish. Incredibly smooth, a fine sparkling wine.

October 26, 2019 - Delightful and a perfect brunch kick off to a day of wine tasting with friends at Red Hills Market. It went great with the roasted vegetables special.
