Well evolved but still on the bright fruit side, good integration of oak and actually was a nice experience to come across an aged expression of this. Loved the balance, good acidity pairs off well with honey, vanilla and light caramel side, solid citrus lots of presence and depth. Solid 912 people found this helpful Comment -

October 9, 2018 - This is fully mature, maybe slightly in decline. Nose of ripe apple and cashews. The palate is simple, fleshy and tasty with flavors of apple, pears and roast nuts. The finish is a bit clipped. Not as good as other recent aged Aubert chards.
