December 27, 2017 - A bit disappointing to be honest. Clean on the nose with a little lemon and green fruit, more on the palette with decent balance and acidity. Mousse poor - large bubbles in the bath and very little developing in the mouth, and completely lacked any of the toasty notes that better quality vintage fizz has, even younger in life.
